How soon will my order arrive once placed? 

Your orders will be shipped directly through our trusted suppliers, so shipping may vary. On average, you should receive your order within 10 business days.

Why did my order arrive with another supplier's packaging? 

We curate a collection of products from hand-selected, trusted vendors to offer you a beautiful selection at Friday Martinis. They are shipping their products directly to you. We are thrilled to showcase our vendors' products and hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, you can return for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. 

How do I start a return?

To return products, please follow the instructions below: 

  • Navigate to your Customer Profile in the upper right corner of our website and select Orders

  • Select Request return within your orders

  • Check the box next to all of the item(s) you would like to return and input a reason or feedback to help us get it right next time 

  • Select Request return. Your request will be sent to our team for review. You will receive an email for your records

  • We will confirm your Refund request within 3 business days and reach out with a shipping label eligible. Please pack and return your item with the label. 

  • Full refund will be provided once our vendor confirms that your product was sent back
